How it works

1. You record a rough scratch of your song

 Click here for details on how to prepare your reference track

2. Fill out the form on the Order page

 This is where you tell us more about your song and how you want your track performed and recorded along with any other thoughts, ideas, or requests.

3. Register your free customer account

 You will be taken through an account sign-up process. This is where the billing and shipping information is obtained. This will also make things easier for you and us to keep track of your purchase orders and to log in for new orders.

4. Upload your scratch track

 After you complete your account registration, we will send you an email with a link to our upload page where you can upload your scratch track. Please make sure you have prepared your scratch track as explained in step 1.

5. Preview your track

 Once the track is ready, we will send you an email with a link to download your mp3 preview. You may have up to two free modifications to your track. Additional modifications are $25.00 each, no charge for first time customers.

6. Submit Payment

 Once you approve the mp3 preview, you will need to log in to your account, add the Basstrax to your cart and check out. Once payment is received, we will send you an email with a link to download your zipped .wav file. Accepting the .wav file indicates your approval of the bass track. All payments are made through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required with valid credit card. All personal information and transactions are kept private and handled through SSL encryption for your safety and security.

7. Money Back Guarantee

 If you are not satisfied with the performance and quality of your bass track, your money will be refunded. Please note: Any modifications or corrections must be made within the preview period. Accepting the .wav file(s) download, indicates your final approval of your bass track.
