Here at Basstrax.com our goal is to offer a world class performance with a risk-free, easy-to-use, on-line experience at reasonable rates. As an added value, we offer tone combinations of direct signal and speaker cabinet, each on It's own wav file at no additional cost. Our services have been tested on many different DAWs and operating systems with optimum results. With us, you don't have to pay any money up front to place your order or hear your track preview. With our guarantee if you don't like the track, you don't buy it! What do I need to send you? We need you to send us a scratch track of your song . Click here for details on your scratch track. What should be on the sketch that is sent? The sketch should contain as much of the parts as possible. Vocals, solos, as well as the fundamental rhythm tracks. This makes it easer for the bass tracks to act more as "the glue" for all the parts and less likely to "step on" or play over other parts. How long will it take for my final tracks to be delivered? There are a few factors that will determine delivery time of your tracks such as proper preparation of your scratch track, complexity of your song, delivery method (download or delivered on CD), etc. On average you should receive your bass tracks in 2 to 3 days. If you need rush delivery, please let us know in advance. Some additional fees may apply. What format will my final tracks be? All final tracks will be in .wav format. How big are the final tracks going to be? Each individual track will probably average 10 to 14MB, give or take, depending on the length of the song. How are my final tracks delivered? Your final track(s) can be downloaded, or mailed to you on disk. Can I load the bass tracks into my recording studio system? Yes. Your tracks will be sent in .wav format in the appropriate bit depth and sample rate and should load into any professional DAW. Can I talk to the bassist on the phone? Yes. If you have a question about your project, you can set up a time to call and talk to the bassist. You must first email us to set up a time to call. We do not have a toll-free number. You can email us at info@basstrax.com to set up a phone meeting. Can I use the final bass tracks in other projects? Yes.
